GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between the client and LegalLabs GbR, Sportplatzstraße 12, 92421 Schwandorf, Germany, hereinafter referred to as "VISALABS", when making use of our offers via the contact form on our website and via other means of communication (e-mail, chat, telephone, in person) for information and assistance in organising a stay in Germany as well as for arranging services related thereto.
I. GENERAL PART
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
a. These GTC govern the relationship between the client and "VISALABS" in the use of the website and other means of communication (e-mail, chat, telephone, face-to-face) for information and assistance in organising a stay in Germany as well as for the mediation of services related thereto.
b. When using the services offered by VISALABS, the GTC in the current version accessible on the website at www.VISALABS.de/agb shall be deemed agreed.
c. These GTC shall not apply in the relationship between the client and third parties, even if such relationships should come into being through the cooperation of VISALABS.
d. Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, the provisions of the general section (I.) shall apply to the individual services in addition to the provisions of the special section (II.).
e. Only the German text of the GTC is legally binding. The English translation serves only as a non-binding aid for the client. Any deviations in the English text or understanding of the text shall not affect the exclusive validity of the German text and understanding of the text.
2. PERFORMANCE
a. VISALABS offers information and support for the organisation of a stay in Germany as well as the mediation of related services as described in detail in the special part (II.) via its website and other means of communication.
b. VISALABS provides its services to the clients for a fee to be agreed upon in the contract.
3. LIABILITY
a. VISALABS shall always keep the information provided to the clients up to date, complete and accurate. However, VISALABS shall not be liable for the accuracy of any information provided to clients. The provision of information constitutes an advisory service on the part of VISALABS, but does not under any circumstances replace legal or tax advice. None of the information provided shall be construed as a guarantee.
b. VISALABS limits itself to the offers of individual cooperation partners within the framework of information about services and their mediation, whereby VISALABS may receive a commission or reimbursement of expenses from the respective cooperation partner for successful mediation. VISALABS assumes no liability or guarantee for the availability and content of the services presented, for which the respective cooperation partner bears sole responsibility. Furthermore, VISALABS is not responsible for the content of the websites of its cooperation partners.

d. VISALABS accepts no liability for technical errors or failures on the website or in the other computer and communication system which are beyond the control of VISALABS. Liability is also excluded to the extent that the client culpably fails to notify VISALABS immediately of any technical errors or failures. VISALABS does not guarantee that the website will be permanently accessible.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
a. The client shall provide, by the means of communication provided for (website or other means of communication), the personal information required to use the services of VISALABS. This shall apply in particular to information which may be required for the identification of the client or which is required by law. The client shall be responsible for ensuring that the information provided to VISALABS is up-to-date, complete and accurate. VISALABS reserves the right to leave requests unprocessed if they are based on incorrect or insufficient information and, in this respect, to hold culpably acting users liable for any damages incurred. VISALABS may permanently exclude users acting intentionally from its services.
b. The clients are obliged to check the content and completeness of a contract concluded with VISALABS and the documents received in connection with it immediately and carefully.
5. TERMINATION
Options for termination of the contract shall be agreed upon in individual contracts.
6. DATA PROTECTION
Information on data protection is available on our website at https://visaforgermany.de/datenschutz/.
7. APPLICABLE LAW, PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The contractual relationship between the client and VISALABS shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
II. SPECIAL SECTION
1. INSURANCES
a. VISALABS refers clients to cooperating insurers offering property, life and health insurance.
b. Within the scope of the activity described in clause II.2.a, VISALABS does not act as an insurance agent in the sense of § 34d paragraph 1 of the Trade Regulation Act and is not registered as such by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
2. OTHER SERVICES
a. On our website the client can inform himself about further services offered by our cooperation partners. This information does not constitute any contractual obligations between the client and VISALABS. In some cases VISALABS may offer the possibility to arrange such further services on request, without VISALABS assuming any obligations beyond the arrangement.
b. On our website, the client can be forwarded to the homepages of our cooperation partners via links. The use of the links does not create any contractual obligations between the client and VISALABS.
